I want to play the campaign in RA2:YR and the game from origin isn't launching on my windows 10 laptop at all. I've also searched through google and nothing is helping me. The issue i am having is if i set up hooking, the launcher does not launch if i press 'Play' in steam, if i try and launch the game through the launcher, all i get is the splash-screen, then nothing else. Firstly, I should say, Yes I have seen the pinned post, I did everything in that post and it's not fixing my issues. I have Red Alert 3 on steam, and i have tried everything over the past 2 days to try and get this working, almost constantly.
